Sardines are tiny fish with massive benefits for joint health. They're one of the richest natural sources of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids, which are proven to reduce joint inflammation and pain. Combined with easy-to-digest pumpkin and fibre-rich oats, this bowl is a simple but incredibly effective joint support meal. The best part? It's quick to prepare and dogs absolutely love the taste of sardines.

📊 Nutrition Notes
Sardines provide more omega-3 per gram than almost any other food. The soft bones in tinned sardines are an excellent source of calcium. Chia seeds add additional omega-3s and help create a gel-like consistency that's easy on the stomach.
💡 Tips
- Always use sardines in spring water, not oil or tomato sauce
- The soft bones in tinned sardines are safe and nutritious — don't remove them
- Great as a regular topper on kibble for daily joint support
- Can use canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) for convenience
