Nutrition Notes

Sardines are packed with EPA and DHA omega-3s that reduce skin inflammation from the inside. Coconut oil's lauric acid has natural antimicrobial properties that support the skin's barrier function. Turmeric's curcumin reduces inflammatory markers. Pumpkin provides zinc — an essential mineral for skin repair and cell regeneration. Cucumber adds hydration and cooling properties.

Tips

  • This meal can help alongside veterinary treatment for skin conditions — it's not a replacement for vet care.
  • Coconut oil applied topically AND fed internally gives double skin benefits.
  • Turmeric combined with coconut oil has enhanced absorption.
  • Feed regularly for best results — occasional feeding won't have the same impact.
  • If skin issues persist, always consult your veterinarian.
