- 2 tins sardines in spring water (drained)
- 1 cup brown rice (cooked)
- Β½ cup spinach (chopped)
- Β½ cup pumpkin (mashed)
- Β½ cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp fish oil
- 1 tbsp flaxseed (ground)

- Mash sardines in a large bowl, including the soft bones.
- Add cooked brown rice and mashed pumpkin.
- Fold in chopped spinach and blueberries.
- Sprinkle ground flaxseed over the top.
- Drizzle with fish oil.
- Mix well and serve at room temperature.
