Ingredients
- 300g turkey mince
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sweet potato, steamed and mashed
- 1/4 cup green beans, very finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
Instructions
- Cook oats in water for 5 minutes until soft and creamy. Set aside.
- Cook turkey mince in a non-stick pan for 5–6 minutes until cooked through, breaking into fine pieces.
- Steam the sweet potato until very soft. Mash thoroughly.
- Steam the green beans until very tender. Chop very finely.
- Combine oats, turkey, mashed sweet potato, and green beans.
- Stir in cottage cheese and drizzle with flaxseed oil.
- Cool to room temperature and serve in puppy-sized portions.
Storage
Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Freeze small portions for up to 2 months.
