Ingredients
- 250g salmon fillet (boneless)
- 1 medium sweet potato, cubed
- 1/2 cup white rice
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup spinach, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon fish oil
Instructions
- Cook rice until soft. Set aside.
- Bake salmon at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Steam sweet potato cubes for 10–12 minutes until very soft. Mash lightly.
- Flake the salmon into small pieces, carefully removing any bones.
- Wilt the spinach in a pan for 1 minute.
- Combine rice, salmon, mashed sweet potato, spinach, and blueberries.
- Stir in yoghurt and fish oil.
- Mash or mix to an appropriate consistency for your puppy's age.
Storage
Refrigerate for up to 2 days. Freeze for up to 1 month. Fish-based puppy meals are best used quickly.
