Ingredients
- 300g lamb mince (lean)
- 1/2 cup white rice
- 1/2 cup carrots, very finely grated
- 1/4 cup peas, mashed
- 1/4 cup zucchini, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook rice until very soft. Set aside.
- Cook lamb mince over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, breaking into very fine pieces. Drain any excess fat.
- Scramble the egg in the same pan.
- Steam grated carrots and zucchini for 3–4 minutes until very soft.
- Mash the peas thoroughly.
- Combine rice, lamb, scrambled egg, carrots, zucchini, and mashed peas.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
- Mash to an appropriate consistency for your puppy's age and size.
Storage
Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Freeze in small portions for up to 2 months.

Lamb is an excellent protein source rich in iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Introducing varied proteins during puppyhood can help prevent food sensitivities from developing.
