Ingredients
- 250g white fish fillet (cod, barramundi), boneless
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup peas, mashed
- 1/4 cup carrots, steamed and mashed
- 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Boil potato cubes for 15 minutes until very soft. Drain and mash until smooth.
- Poach the fish fillet in a little water over medium-low heat for 8–10 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Steam carrots until very soft and mash thoroughly.
- Mash the peas until smooth.
- Flake the fish into very small pieces, carefully removing ALL bones.
- Combine mashed potato, flaked fish, mashed carrots, and mashed peas.
- Stir in cottage cheese and olive oil.
- Mix to a smooth, soft consistency appropriate for your puppy's age.
Storage
Refrigerate for up to 2 days. Freeze in small portions for up to 1 month.
