Ingredients
- 300g beef mince (lean)
- 1 cup pumpkin, steamed and mashed
- 1/2 cup white rice, cooked
- 1/4 cup carrots, steamed and mashed
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Cook the beef mince over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked. Break it into very fine pieces.
- Steam the pumpkin and carrots until very soft (10–12 minutes). Mash thoroughly.
- Cook the rice until very soft — slightly overcooked is perfect for puppies.
- Combine the beef, mashed pumpkin, mashed carrots, and soft rice.
- Stir in the egg yolk and coconut oil.
- Mash everything together until it reaches a smooth, mushy consistency.
- Cool to room temperature before serving.
Storage
Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Freeze in ice cube trays for perfectly portioned puppy meals — up to 2 months.
