Ingredients
- 400g beef mince (lean)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sweet potato, steamed and mashed
- 1/4 cup spinach, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, grated
- 1 teaspoon fish oil
Instructions
- Cook oats in water for 5 minutes until soft. Set aside.
- Cook beef mince over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, breaking into fine pieces. Drain excess fat.
- Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
- Steam sweet potato until soft and mash.
- Combine oats, beef, scrambled eggs, mashed sweet potato, spinach, and carrots.
