Ingredients
- 400g lamb mince (lean)
- 1 cup millet
- 2.5 cups water
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse millet thoroughly. Cook in water for 20–25 minutes until soft and fluffy.
- Cook lamb mince for 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Steam grated carrots and zucchini until very soft (3–4 minutes).
- Combine millet, lamb, carrots, zucchini, and pumpkin puree.
- Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
- Cool before serving.
