Ingredients
- 500g kangaroo mince
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon fish oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Cook rice and set aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan. Cook kangaroo mince for 4–5 minutes.
- Add turmeric and grated zucchini. Cook for 2 minutes.
