- 500g kangaroo mince
- 3 medium potatoes (peeled and diced)

- Peel and dice potatoes into small cubes.
- Boil potatoes in water for 15 minutes until soft.
- Drain and mash roughly.
- Cook kangaroo mince in a non-stick pan until browned.
- Combine kangaroo and mashed potato.
