- 350g white fish fillets (cod, basa, or haddock)
- 1Β½ cups white rice (cooked)
- Β½ cup pumpkin (mashed)
- Β½ cup zucchini (diced)
- ΒΌ cup carrots (grated)
- 1 tbsp fish oil
- 1 tsp coconut oil

- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook fish fillets for 4-5 minutes each side until flaky.
- Remove skin and bones, then flake fish into pieces.
- Combine fish with cooked white rice and mashed pumpkin.
- Add diced zucchini and grated carrots.
- Drizzle with fish oil and mix gently.
- Cool completely before serving.
