Nutrition Notes

Chicken provides lean protein and essential amino acids. White rice is easily digestible and provides energy. Carrots offer beta-carotene and fibre, while peas add plant protein and vitamins. This meal covers protein, carbohydrates, and vegetable nutrition in a simple, balanced format.

Tips

  • Use bone broth instead of water for extra flavour and joint-supporting nutrients.
  • Adjust portion size based on your dog's weight — roughly 2–3% of body weight per day split across meals.
  • For dogs with sensitive stomachs, leave out the peas and keep it plain chicken and rice.
  • Always let food cool before serving to avoid mouth burns.
