- 8-10 chicken feet (cleaned, nails trimmed)
- 2 litres water
- 1 cup sweet potato (diced)
- ½ cup carrots (diced)
- ½ cup green beans (chopped)
- 1 cup rice (cooked)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (helps extract minerals)

- Place chicken feet in a large pot with water and apple cider vinegar.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a very low simmer.
