- 250g chicken breast
- 1Β½ cups white rice (cooked)
- Β½ cup sweet potato (mashed)
- Β½ cup green beans (chopped)
- ΒΌ cup carrots (grated)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp fish oil

- Poach chicken in water for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Shred chicken finely.
- Steam sweet potato and mash.
- Steam green beans and carrots for 5 minutes.
- Combine chicken, rice, mashed sweet potato, and vegetables.

- Stir in apple cider vinegar β just a small splash.
- Cool completely before serving.
